Terms & Conditions (Client Amoris)

  1. The production team (Ulala Photo) will have the rights to publish/post the product on the official website and social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) for marketing purposes.

  2. Event coverage is based on the quoted package. If the Client needs additional time, Ulala Photo will charge RM200/hour for one photographer or videographer.

  3. Ulala Photo's package is based on the event; if the ceremony (solemnization and reception) is held on the same day, it is counted as two (2) events, and the Client must book a two-event package.

  4. Ulala Photo strictly enforces the right to refuse any photo or video shoot if the client has misrepresented the number of events. 

  5. Ulala Photo has the right to assign the photographer(s) or videographer(s) in charge of the event(s).

  6. If the event is to be postponed to a later time and the photographers/videographers need to be available at another event, Ulala Photo reserves the right to change to another photographer/videographer for your event.

  7. Free outdoor sessions are included within the session time in the package. If the outdoor session is not possible due to weather or other issues, it will be replaced with an indoor session.

  8. Free outdoor/portrait sessions must be done on the same day of the event within the coverage time. If it cannot be done within the coverage time, the session is non-refundable or exchanged for another item(s)/event(s).

  9. Outdoor locations should be no more than 20 minutes from the event venue. The total travel time to that place will be counted in coverage time.

  10. Ulala Photo shall have the initial photos or teaser video ready within seven to fourteen (7-14) working days.

  11. Ulala Photo shall have the edited photo/video ready within thirty (30) working days from the last event. During this period, the client cannot interfere with or disturb the editing process (photo or video). This duration does not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays.

  12. Ulala Photo shall have the frame/photobook/exclusive pendrive ready within one to three (1-3) months after receiving edited photos/videos. However, this duration does not include weekends and public holidays. If delays happen, Ulala Photo has the right to adjust the delivery date to another date, which will be announced later to preserve the highest quality of the final products.

  13. The editing scope does not include removing acne, eyebags, external distractions or anything similar to what has been mentioned before. Ulala Photo has the right to ignore it if the client requests it. 

  14. Ulala Photo will only use presets from the company.

  15. The client can request to make adjustments (limit to brightness, highlights or shadows) of the photos only after the initial photos are given. If the fully edited photos are given, the client cannot request to make adjustments. If the client wishes to do so, additional charges (RM250) must be paid before the adjustment can proceed.

  16. Once the client has finalised their song selection, the client cannot make any further changes. If the client wishes to do so, additional charges (RM250) must be paid before the adjustment can proceed.

  17. If the client wishes to get the edited photo earlier, additional charges will apply as below:

    1. RM500 (1 event): All edited photos will be delivered within 7 days after the last event.​​

    2. RM800 (1 event): All edited photos will be delivered within 1 day after the last event.

  18. If the client wishes to get the edited video earlier, additional charges will apply as below:

    1. RM600 (1 event): All edited videos will be delivered within 7 days after the last event.​​

    2. RM900 (1 event): All edited videos will be delivered within 1 day after the last event.

  19. No RAW (unedited) photos will be given to the client. If the client wishes to get the RAW photos, the client needs to pay RM500 for all RAW (unedited) photos.

  20. No RAW (unedited) videos will be given to the client. If the client wishes to get the RAW videos, the client needs to pay RM500 for all RAW (unedited) photos.

  21. For video, the client can only make one-time changes (not including changing to a new song). Any further adjustment to the video by the client will incur an additional charge (RM350 for any additional changes).

  22. If the client wishes to change to a new song, the client needs to pay an additional RM350 charge.

  23. If there is no response from the client regarding the photo selection or any other related matters after ten (10) working days from the date the client received our email, phone, SMS, or Whatsapp, Ulala Photo is not responsible for the safekeeping of photos/videos and may not retain them indefinitely.

  24. The client is not allowed to interrupt the process of editing photos, photobook, or video preparation. Third-party intervention (parents or family members) will not be entertained.

  25. After submitting the photobook draft, the client can only make one-time changes. Any further adjustments to the draft photobook will incur an additional charge (RM50 per page).

  26. If the client (including family and friends) damages Ulala Photo's equipment during the event, they will be responsible for paying the total price of the equipment (subject to the market prices). 

  27. Ulala Photo will not be held responsible for any property damages or costs lost due to cancellation. 

  28. If cancellation is made by the client (except due to MCO) after deposit payment, the client will be penalised as compensation to Ulala Photo. The deposit is non-refundable.

  29. If Ulala Photo cancels or the photographer/videographer does not attend the event(s), the client will receive a full refund.

  30. After six (6) months of receiving all edited photos and videos, Ulala Photo will not be responsible if the client loses their photos and videos.

  31. All personal information and details of the client and Ulala Photo team are confidential and shall not be exposed to the public unless a fraud or irresponsible act occurs.

  32. In the case of fraud or irresponsible acts on behalf of the Ulala Photo team, the client reserves the right to lodge any report.

  33. To ensure Ulala Photo's reputation remains intact, clients can contact our customer service team to report any issues with our services. Posting negative comments or reviews online without notifying us beforehand is not allowed. If Ulala Photo cannot address the issue within 30 working days, clients may proceed to do so.

* Deposit payment shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
