Terms & Conditions (T&C)

  1. The booking deposit is RM300 (Money-back guarantee). 90% before the first event & remaining 10% must be paid during delivery.

  2. No extra charge for a rescheduled date because of MCO (Movement Control Order).

  3. The booking date is confirmed after the deposit has been made.

  4. Free travelling cost for Muar & Klang Valley Area!

  5. Outdoor session is valid only for the same day as the event.

  6. If cancellation is made by the Client after deposit has been made, the Client will be penalized as compensation to Ulala Photo.

How long have you been in the industry?

We have been in the industry for at least 6 years since 2016 until now.

What are your rates? Are your rates flexible?

Our rates are available in this website (click here) and they are fixed rates. We offer wide range of packages to choose from. To our dearest clients, worry not as you can choose package that suits your wedding budget.

How far in advance do we need to book?

We suggest that you book at least 6 months in advance. The earlier is better, so that we will have more time for discussion and planning. Please note that we focus on our client individually to deliver the best service. Since end-of-year is usually the busiest period, thus it's better to book early to secure your slot.

Will you travel outside of Johor/Putrajaya for weddings?

We are definitely happy to travel to wherever your wedding is taking place! Drop us an email, tell us about your wedding plans and we will be happy to assist you.

Who will decide on the outdoor photoshoot venue?

For outdoor photoshoot session, we are open to any ideas & venues from our clients. If you have any suggestion, please share with us.

What types of payments do you accept?

Most of our clients prefer online bank transfers, but we do accept cash as well. We are sorry that credit card payment is not available for now.

If I book for both tunang and nikah package, do I get any discount?

There is no discount provided.

How long after the wedding do we have to wait to get our photos? I want to post it on my social medias

Good news to all clients that book with Ulala Photo! You will get 50 to 200 edited photos which are personally selected by us as early as 7 to 14 days after your wedding! For all photos taken during the shoot, you will get them, guaranteed in 2 to 3 months.

Do you provide any editing or retouching service for the photos?

Yes, we do. We will provide editing and retouching services for the best photos, personally selected by us. Selected photos will be edited using developed preset by Ulala Photo.

I am not photogenic. Can you assist me in poses?

We are happy to help you! We will assist and guide both you and your partner, to your comfort. We will not request you to do a difficult pose if you are not comfortable with it. We want our clients to be comfortable and confident, to create a timeless memory of your journey together.

Will you post our photos on your website/social medias?

Yes, we will. If you are not comfortable with your photos being posted in our website or social medias, do let us know.

Can I share photoshoot concepts or dream shoots that I want to achieve?

Yes please! If you have any ideas, please share it with us because we are more than happy to discuss and make it a reality for you.
